Apple-approved iOS app, ongoing content loading and creator onboarding support November Alpha and early-December Beta testing
TEMECULA, CA / ACCESS Newswire / October 21, 2026 / Hop-on, Inc. (OTCID:HPNN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Digitalage, Inc., is targeting a full commercial launch in the United States, Canada and Mexico before December 31, 2026. With its iOS application approved for App Store distribution and its Android application in Google Play closed testing, the company is entering the next stage of its transition from technology development to commercial execution.
Digitalage is actively loading content into its media catalog and continuing to onboard creators and users. As completed libraries become ready, the company plans to make them available to people already using the app. The next critical step is to validate the full commercial workflow: a live broadcast, a viewer purchase, an available replay and accurate creator settlement.
BUILDING THE CATALOG WHILE PREPARING FOR COMMERCIAL USE
Content is being prepared for recorded viewing, replay and discovery after live events. As the catalog grows, Digitalage intends to give existing users access to completed libraries while onboarding continues. The commercial objective is straightforward: enable creators to publish, keep their programming discoverable and earn from paid access over time.
Apple approved the Digitalage iOS application for App Store distribution on June 30, 2026. A redesigned iOS build subsequently entered internal Apple TestFlight testing, and the Android application is in Google Play closed testing. Within its controlled creator environment, Digitalage supports live broadcasting, multi-host streams, OBS integration, audience interaction and automatic replay.
A 5-minute, 52-second recorded feature tour is available at digitalage.com/feature-tour.
THREE PHASES TOWARD COMMERCIAL AVAILABILITY
NOVEMBER 2026 – EXPANDED CREATOR ALPHA: Expand invited-creator testing to evaluate live-stream reliability, paid viewer checkout, payment processing, replay creation and creator settlement as an end-to-end workflow.
EARLY DECEMBER 2026 – BROADER BETA: Bring additional creators and viewers into testing to assess streaming performance, content-library access, moderation, payments and customer support. The resulting operating data will inform readiness for a broader launch.
BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2026 – COMMERCIAL LAUNCH TARGET: Pursue broader public availability in the United States, Canada and Mexico on iOS and Android if testing results, financing, payment readiness and required app-store approvals support launch.
Creators interested in joining the Digitalage onboarding program can apply at digitalage.com/creators.
LIVE PASS: VALIDATING PAID BROADCASTING
Digitalage Live Pass is designed to enable participating creators and rights holders to sell access to premium broadcasts. Under the model announced July 29, creators are intended to receive 85% of defined net Live Pass proceeds and Digitalage 15%, after applicable transaction deductions and subject to program terms.
The July announcement targeted first paid premium broadcasts in August. As of October 21, 2026, the company has not made any Live Pass creator payouts. November testing will focus on validating paid access, replay availability and creator settlement before broader commercialization.
Other planned revenue opportunities include creator subscriptions, advertising revenue participation, enterprise media production and technology licensing. Following its October 16 announcement of a working AI-assisted newsroom pilot, Digitalage intends to pursue controlled evaluations with prospective enterprise customers.
MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY
“The dates matter only if we prove the workflow,” said Peter Michaels, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hop-on, Inc., and Founder and Chairman of Digitalage.
“In November, the focus is a creator going live, a viewer buying access, the stream becoming a replay and creator settlement being processed correctly. Early December is about testing that process with a larger group. We are targeting full commercial availability across three countries before year-end, but operating results-not the calendar alone-will determine when we launch.”
