NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Fletch Technologies (“Fletch”) today announced the formation of the Agentic Commerce Insurance Network, an industry working group focused on
the practical, technical, and operational questions emerging as consumers begin using AI agents and conversational interfaces to research, compare, and interact with insurance products.
Founded and convened by Fletch, the working group will bring together participants from across
the insurance ecosystem, such as MetLife, Mutual of Omaha, CLEAR, Ripple, Adyen, The Zebra, Human Security, Basis Theory, AirOps, and We Insure, amongst others.

The working group is intended to help participants identify common issues, share perspectives, and explore practical approaches that could support responsible development in the category.
The Agentic Commerce Insurance Network will initially meet quarterly starting in November 2026. Meetings will be structured with compliance at the forefront, with appropriate notices, meeting practices, and documentation.
