Eden Global Partners (“Eden” or “the Firm”), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Amy Chen has joined the firm as Managing Director, Healthcare. Based in the Firm’s New York headquarters, Ms. Chen will leverage her extensive network of founder, CEO and private capital relationships to source, advise on and lead the execution of compelling long-term investment opportunities in the healthcare space that align with Eden’s focus on building enduring partnerships with great companies.

Ms. Chen joins Eden with almost two decades of investment banking experience and has advised on transactions totaling over $75 billion of enterprise value. Most recently, Ms. Chen served as Managing Director, Healthcare Technology at Moelis & Company. In her prior role, Ms. Chen led senior coverage of the healthcare technology sector, with a focus on M&A and strategic transactions for technology and tech-enabled services companies serving the healthcare provider, healthcare payer and life science end markets. In 2022, she was named a Rising Star of Wall Street by Business Insider.

Prior to Moelis, Ms. Chen was an investment banker at Citigroup. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant at First Manhattan Consulting Group. Ms. Chen graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard University and a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.
